Yes! Wedding dress shopping should be a beautiful, special experience. We want you to make the best memories with your besties! It's a big purchase and we want to give you undivided attention to help you pick the dress of your dreams! At L Bridal Couture, your appointment is completely private allowing you and your girlies to have the entire showroom to yourself. You have your own bridal stylist that is clipping you into dresses and making your appointment special. It's truly a beautiful and fun experience 🤍

Our gowns start at $1400 and go up to just over $6,000. We have an amazing variety of the best wedding gowns. We chose the best gowns for every price point in our range. The majority of our gowns are between $1800-$3000. You should definitely know a budget you'd like to stay within before you come so we can find the perfect gown for you! Many of our gowns are exclusive to our store and can't be found within 2-3 hours from us ensuring you get the most unique gown.

We encourage you to shop 10-14 months prior to your wedding. Things can happen that are way beyond anyone's control. Pandemics, hurricanes, life...and you don't want to miss out on your dream gown because you can't get it in on time. If you have a shorter timeline, we got you! Rush shipping and off the rack gowns are available. We'll do everything we can to find your perfect dress in whatever time frame we are working with!

We recommend ordering your gown 10-14 months before your wedding day. Each designer has different lead times with the average time taking 4-6 months. Your wedding dress will need some alterations to make it fit perfect to your body and alterations can take 1-2 months. Also, if you are doing bridals then your gown needs to be finished (alterations included) prior to those. In South Louisiana, you will need to take into account Mardi Gras and Prom season if you are marrying in the Spring and Homecoming if marrying the fall for your alterations (they make take longer during these time periods).

We highly encourage you to bring your biggest supporters and key decision makers with you. Our shop accommodates 5 guests comfortably. We know you'll love the intimacy of a small group at your appointment. A lot of guests mean a lot of opinions which can get overwhelming.

Yes, we do offer a payment plan! We require 60% down to order the gown and the rest will be broken into 3 equal monthly payments. There is a $100 financing charge when doing a payment plan. Our Ready to Wed collection (gowns available off the rack) must be paid for in full.You also have the option to pay in full which is our preference.

Please do! We love making memories with you! We recommend narrowing it down to your favorites and then taking photos to compare.

We focus exclusively on brides and do not offer bridesmaids or mother of bride/groom.

No, your gown will almost always need to be tailored to fit you like a glove. Whether it is hemming or taking the gown in, each gown needs small, personal changes. Dresses are ordered to you largest measurement. Alterations are not offered in house, but we have amazing local seamstresses we recommend!

Wednesday- Saturday by appointment only.

We recommend nude undergarments since you will be trying on white wedding dresses! We do require underwear but bras are not necessary. Wedding dresses have so much structure that bras are typically not necessary. Please do not self tan or spray tan the day of your appointment. Plan that out a couple days ahead of time.

We LOVE kids and babies but L Bridal is not a child-safe environment. We have hundreds of white wedding dresses hanging up, pins and sequins on the floor, glass and mirrors everywhere. We want all the attention to be on you! Wedding dress shopping truly is an adults-only experience.

Yes! This is a service only available to our L Brides. Please text us to schedule a time to drop off time for your dress for cleaning and preservation. It takes 8-12 weeks and comes back to the store in a box perfect for storage. You may include your veil in the cleaning & preservation which will be on display in the box with your wedding gown.The cleaning will remove stains and sweat from your gown and the preservation will keep it from yellowing over time. It'll come back in a display box for you to keep forever.
